December

Aaron is changing so much every day. He is on the move! For the first while all he did was go backwards and get stuck under things, behind things and in between things. His most popular place to get stuck is under the couch.

Aaron is now moving forward. It's quite funny to watch him try to crawl. In this video clip, we have placed his bottle at the front of the rug. Watch as he boogies over to his "baba."

Aaron discovered his book basket.

I bought a 6 pack of bottled water one day, only to discover the source of this water! You guessed it, good old Cranbrook. I used to drink this stuff right out of the tap and now they are bottling it.

Aaron has been doing so well at eating different types and textures of food. He is also getting pretty good at eating with his hands. Most of the time he misses his mouth, but lately he has hitting the bulls-eye and actually getting a bit in his mouth to chew. He loves banana, which mostly becomes a gooey mess and he also loves broccoli which as you can imagine, becomes a little pile of green buds all over his tray. But even with the broccoli, he is now getting some in his mouth.

After Aaron eats, it's time for dental care. After we switched toothpaste brands and flavours (we have a toothpaste connoisseur on our hands) he started to love the dental care routine.

Another part of our routine is bath time. Aaron absolutely loves bath time and we love it that he can sit in the tub on his own now.

Like father like son.

Like mother like son.

Dad does some exercise.
Aaron discovers Christmas gifts!
